Privacy and protection of personal data are fundamental priorities for Volanti. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of end users who interact with artificial intelligence agents implemented by our clients (primarily automotive dealerships and repair shops) through channels such as WhatsApp are collected, used, stored, and protected, as well as data processed on behalf of those clients.
This policy applies to processing carried out by RevMA LLC (“Volanti”), a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, as a technology services provider under the Volanti brand, in collaboration with its partners, distributors, and subsidiaries. In certain countries, Volanti services are operated by MANGO360 S.A.S., a company affiliated with REVMA LLC and authorized as an authorized distributor.
As a result of providing services contracted by its clients (the “Client(s)”), and carrying out the activities necessary for that purpose, Volanti may access personal data of end users who interact with Volanti’s technological tools. When this occurs, Volanti acts as a Data Processor, processing personal data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of its clients, who are the Data Controllers. Volanti does not create its own databases, nor does it reuse or combine information across clients under any circumstances.

Volanti does not process sensitive data unless expressly indicated by the Client and adequate consent exists under applicable local law.

The legal basis for processing will depend on the purpose and will be determined by the Client, including: performance of a contractual relationship, informed consent, legitimate interest, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Data is stored on Google Cloud, on servers located in the United States, under strict security standards.
Volanti (RevMA LLC) has entered into agreements with its subsidiaries and distributors to allow processing in each country, in compliance with obligations applicable to international transfers.

Volanti does not act as the controller of the database nor does it have a direct relationship with data subjects. End users must exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, etc.) directly with the controller of the database they interact with, who holds their information.
Volanti will cooperate with its Clients in any legal request related to the exercise of rights.
End-user consent is obtained through automated mechanisms integrated into WhatsApp conversations, including informational messages and visible disclaimers.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that end users have been informed of this policy and have given valid consent where required by law for access to and processing of their personal data by Volanti in connection with service delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations to the Client.
Volanti does not sell, rent, or commercialize personal data collected under any circumstances.
Users have the right to opt out of automated communications by informing the conversational agent of their decision via WhatsApp.
If a breach of data security is detected, Volanti will take immediate measures to contain the incident and notify affected Clients.
Where required by law, the competent authority and, where applicable, data subjects will also be notified within the statutory timeframes.
This Privacy Policy may be updated by Volanti. The current version will be published on its website. Continued use of the services by Clients implies acceptance of the updated terms.
